Team building that actually builds something
Group adventures built for every skill level, at Nanaimo, Victoria, or Maple Ridge.
Facilitated Team Building
Two ways to bring your team together
Not every group needs the same thing. Some want to connect and have fun. Others want to work on something specific. Here's the difference.
A day out of the office
Your team takes on the Adventure Course together, encouraging one another through unfamiliar challenges and seeing colleagues in a different environment. It's a day out of the office that helps people reconnect, build rapport, and have fun without a formal development agenda.
Learning your team takes back to work
A trained facilitator runs team challenges built around a goal you choose, then leads a debrief that ties the experience back to how your team operates day to day. A practical challenge becomes a structured conversation about communication, decision-making, and how the team responds under pressure. Built for groups that want to take something back to work.
Shared challenges bring the team together. Facilitation turns the experience into learning they can take back to work.
Choose your objectives
Tell us what your team needs
Every session is custom designed around the outcomes your group wants. Tell us what you want the team to work on, and your facilitator builds the activities and debrief around it. The longer the session, the more objectives you can cover.
Collaboration
Clarify roles, combine different strengths, and work toward a shared result.
Communication
Practice listening, giving clear direction, and confirming understanding when pressure is high.
Problem Solving
Work through a challenge together, test approaches, and decide as a group when the obvious answer isn't working.
Adaptability
Adjust roles, decisions, and expectations when conditions change.

Common questions
Before you book
What does a team building visit include?
Your group takes on our Adventure Courses together, a series of suspended obstacles that engage both body and mind. It gets people out of the office and working through challenges as a team. Our staff handle the training and setup so your group can focus on the fun.
Do participants need to be athletic?
No. Our courses have activities for all comfort and skill levels, so everyone can take part, from the curious to the courageous. Team members choose their own routes and challenge themselves at their own pace.
What if some of our team isn't a fan of heights?
Axe throwing is a great option for anyone who would rather keep their feet on the ground. It brings the same friendly competition without the climb, and groups can mix it with the courses.
Can we do our own team activities on the ground?
Yes. We can provide space and time on the ground for your own team-building activities alongside your course booking. Let us know what you have planned and we'll work it into the day.
How does group pricing work?
We offer group rates that suit the size of your team, along with flexible dates and times that fit your schedule. Reach out for a quote and we'll build something that works for your group.
Which parks offer team building?
Team building is available at our three BC parks: Nanaimo, Victoria, and Maple Ridge.
