At Park Services, we aren't just a group of people working every day to support our WildPlay Parks.

We're also a collection of WildPlayers ourselves, from all sorts of backgrounds.

Here's a short introduction on each of us, so you can begin to ​​​​​​​know the people working behind the scenes!

    Chief Experience Officer

    You know how some companies seem to go off the rails with the direction they go in? I'm the guy who keeps our mission on the forefront of our agenda and makes sure that we are focused on our values delivering to the broader strategic initiatives that I set out so we stretch and meet the future us that we want to be.

  • Stewart Scholz

    Director of Park Services

    I work across multiple teams focused on expanding WildPlay Parks throughout North America while also leading the Core Services and Marketing teams in our work to optimize the operations and drive awareness of our existing parks to serve WildPlay’s mission to Evolve the Human. I make sure WildPlay’s teams use data to make decisions across all aspects of the business with a focus on market expansion, contract management, and opportunity evaluation.

  • Rich Van Leeuwen

    Chief Financial Officer

    I make sure that everyone who requires financial information has access to that information (QBO, Expensify, SP) so they can efficiently and effectively do their jobs (processes, decision making) I also ensure that the financial health of the group of companies is sound (working capital, growth capital) so we can continue to meet our obligations and implement our strategic plan and grow.

    Park Performance Manager

    My role is to keep our adventure park operations running smoothly and make sure every visitor has a fantastic time! I specialize in optimizing operations, enhancing guest experiences, and guiding the management teams to excellence. I am dedicated to ensuring we are meeting standards, in an efficient and fun way!

  • Jessica Twiss

    Core Services Manager

    I make sure that everyone has access to the information (KPIs, BI data, standards, learning materials) that they need in order to be successful in their jobs and that processes are identified (process maps, P&P, Credo) and information is flowing in the right direction (access to systems, BI dashboards, LMS delivery, internal communication channels) to the right people (roles driven and permissions).

    Marketing Manager

    As Marketing Manager, I lead the strategy and execution of WildPlay’s brand and marketing efforts across digital, print, and in-park channels. I oversee our website, advertising, social media, content, and promotions to drive guest engagement and business growth. My role blends creative direction with data-driven decision-making, ensuring every campaign aligns with our adventurous brand and delivers results.

  • Jon Huitikka

    Quality Assurance Manager

    I started with WildPlay in 2006 with its inception in Nanaimo, BC. My role touches anything to do with Guest and Staff experience from operations and risk management to how the bathrooms smell and function. I support the Experience Team in all that they do: exception review and response, operational support and mentorship, research and development, auditing and quality assurance.

  • Parker Denton

    Elements Manager

    I started with WildPlay in 2014 at our Maple Ridge location. I am a member of the Experience Team, which encompasses all aspects of a guest's experience in our parks. Directly, I am responsible for the lifecycle of our parks and their elements; from the initial design and build to the inspection, maintenance, and operation.

    Special Programs Manager

    As a member of the Experience Support Team, I oversee special programs at WildPlay such as Camps, Team Building and other opportunities that improve capacity utilization. I also oversee the Contact Centre, seek to create further opportunities to explore funding opportunities for WildPlay, and support with training development and delivery.

    Training Manager

    From the green, green fields of Ireland, to the concrete jungle of London and now here in the beautiful garden city of Victoria, BC! I'm passionate about helping people grow - whether that's a little kid getting onto our Adventure Course for the very first time, to a Guide stepping up and taking on a new challenge! If there's something you want to figure out and become awesome at, let's chat!

  • Kaley Campbell

    Maintenance Specialist

    I
    started with WildPlay as a guide in 2017, and now work as the Maintenance Specialist at Park Services. My role is focused on inspections, maintenance and build of adventure courses within our network of parks. I am also involved with training front line staff in all aspects of operations and the technical elements.

  • Olive Nelson

    Marketing Lead

    Hi, I’m Olive! I work out of Park Services with our small but mighty marketing team to generate compelling and exciting content to promote WildPlay across North America. I am responsible for our video content, assisting with ads, website maintenance, newsletters, and filling in any gaps behind-the-scenes!

    Graphic Designer

    I speak images, vibrant colours and think in clean compositions. I'm the experienced hand with sharp eye turning words and strategic visions into visible and effective dreams because creativity connects us. What you see is what we create. What we create is WildPlay's attractive face. The attractive face invites people to our parks: to play more and fearless. On weekends, I meet the early sunrise, cuddle with my deer friends and chase the ocean waves in front of my doorstep.

  • Alex Boyko

    Park Services Administrator

    Hello! I'm Alex, a man of many hats. I've been with Wildplay for multiple years, joining the contact center in 2019 and paving a unique path towards my current position as Park Services Administrator. I oversee and maintain various technical systems through the HelpDesk, particularly wrangling WallyRes into functioning, in addition to being the godfather of many of the contact center processes. You can usually find me in a dark room sitting funny on a chair, but I'll be there for whatever you need!

    Contact Centre Supervisor

    As WildPlay’s Contact Centre Supervisor, I lead a dynamic team of talented Guest Services Agents who are the first point of contact for adventurers across all 7 WildPlay parks. I ensure smooth daily operations of the contact centre, focusing on quality customer service, effective scheduling, team coaching, and optimizing processes to support bookings.

    Strategic Partnerships Manager

    My role is to invite and collaborate with partners to join us in our quest to help people be brave enough to change their world. We aim to create powerful and unique alliances where our mutual contributions are multiplied with wins for everyone involved. As we evolve and grow, so too do we evolve humans and create more fruit to share!
