To our Jones Beach community, 

We have been grateful for every guest who has visited us at Jones Beach: the families, the school groups, and the first-timers who surprised themselves. That is exactly why we built this park, and those moments have meant a great deal to us. 

After careful consideration and exploring a variety of options, we will be pausing our operations at WildPlay Jones Beach for this season. We were not able to connect with local families, schools, and youth organizations at the level we had hoped, and without that connection we could not build something sustainable for this year. 

We are taking this time to reassess and determine what a better approach could look like. We remain committed to finding a way to bring this experience back to this community in a form that works for our guests, for the park, and for us. 

We are sorry to disappoint anyone who was looking forward to visiting us this summer. All existing bookings will be fully refunded. If you have questions, our team is available at playmore@wildplay.com. 

For those looking for a WildPlay experience this season, we would love to welcome you at Thacher State Park near Albany. We are proud of what we have built in New York and remain committed to this state and its communities.
