We're currently taking reservations for playtime in 2012. Use this easy request form to schedule your visit for when our Parks reopen for the season [February 4, 2012].  We look forward to seeing you soon!

Important note: During our regular season, if your reservation request is less than 48 hours in advance of your preferred check-in time [or if you require immediate confirmation of your reservation] please call a nearby Park.

Completing this form does not guarantee a reservation. Once your request has been submitted, we will contact you by phone within 48 hours to confirm your reservation.


Participation on any WildPlay Element requires a signed waiver form upon check-in at the park. Download, print and complete your Element waiver now, and present it at check-in.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy

For reservations of 14 guests/activities or less:

A valid credit card or deposit (where a credit card is not available)* is required to guarantee the reservation at the time of booking. Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours prior to scheduled activity time without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours and No Shows**are subject to a 100% cancellation fee per reserved activity, per guest.

For reservations of 15 guests/activities or more:

A deposit* of 50% of the total activity value is required at the time of reservation. The balance is due on the scheduled day of activities. For cancellations where more than 14 days’ notice has been given prior to the scheduled activity time, WildPlay will refund the full deposit. Cancellations made with less than 14 days but more than 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled activity time, the deposit will not be refunded. For entire group cancellations or No Shows within 24 hours prior to activity time, the remainder of the activity balance (remaining 50%) will be charged to the card on file to make up the 100% cancellation/No-Show fee.

*Deposits are accepted using the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, debit card, cash, gift certificate and by corporate cheque.

**A No Show is defined as not arriving at least 15 minutes prior to activity departure time.

Cancellation by WildPlay:

It’s rare (usually once in a blue moon), but from time to time our parks close due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. If this is ever the case, a guest may reschedule or payment/deposit will be promptly refunded in full by original method of payment.
