Naked Bungy

Fourth Annual Naked Bungy Jump for Schizophrenia – Feb 27 & 28, 2010

Feel the rush of jumping naked or nearly naked for a great cause. The Fourth Annual Naked Bungy is an exciting two-day event which benefits the British Columbia Schizophrenia Society and an exciting excuse to strip down and take the leap.

This year the event takes place over the Olympics, giving sports enthusiasts the opportunity to watch or participate in the only event of its kind in North America! The two-day event raises funds for the Society uses the funds raised to support: the delivery programs to youth; raise awareness of mental illness; and, provide family support services to those coping with mental illness.

Join us as upcoming local bands Santa Clara and The Show perform on Saturday afternoon. Sunday offers jumpers and spectators a campfire sing-along at the pre and post-jump area. Food and refreshments will be available for purchase with all proceeds benefiting the society.

This event is for adults only. Jumpers must be over the age of 19. Registration fees cover the jumpers’ admission. Spectators must be over 18 years of age and are required to pay a cover charge of $15.00, which is donated directly to the society. Gates open at 9:30am and the event runs between 10am and 5pm on both days.
