Official WildPlay Adventure Intervention
Contest Rules and Requirements:

ELIGIBILITY:
The Contest is open to anyone who has reached the age of majority (19 years of age) in the province of British Columbia, Canada, excluding: (1) employees or contracted vendors of WildPlay Element Parks and its parent/subsidiaries, agents and affiliates; (2) the immediate family members or members of the same household of any such employee or vendor; (3) anyone professionally involved in the development or administration of this Contest.

The Eligible Applicant of any submission will be deemed to be the individual whose name and contact information is provided on the submission form. Multiple Applicants on a single submission will render the submission(s) disqualified.

The Eligible Nominee of any submission will be deemed to be the individual whose name and contact information is provided on the submission form. Multiple Nominees on a single submission will render the submission(s) disqualified.

Applicants cannot nominate themselves for the WildPlay Adventure intervention Contest.

CONTEST PERIOD:
Contest begins Wednesday, October 19, 2011 at 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) and ends on the date and time of discretion by WildPlay Element Parks. Contest entries will be judged, and prizes awarded, on a periodic during the Contest Period.

HOW TO ENTER:
No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest. There are two stages of entry:

1. Nomination. There are two ways to submit a nomination. During the Contest Period, an eligible Applicant must:

i. (Facebook entry) log into his/her Facebook account and complete the “Official WildPlay Adventure Intervention Form” located on the WildPlayElementParks Facebook page (the “Facebook Entry Submission”). Each submission, for a unique Nominee, made by an eligible Applicant during the Contest Period shall constitute an Entry Submission;

or

ii. (WildPlay Element Parks website entry) visit the WildPlay Element Parks website Adventure Intervention Contest page and complete the “Official WildPlay Adventure Intervention Form” (the “Website Entry Submission”). Each submission, for a unique Nominee, made by an eligible Applicant during the Contest Period shall constitute an Entry Submission.

An Entry Submission can only be made online as aforesaid and no Entry Submission will be accepted by any other means.

Eligible Applicants may submit multiple Contest entries; however, only the first entry per Nominee will be considered. Each entry must be of a different Nominee and submitted separately in accordance with the terms and conditions stated herein.

Eligible Applicants assume complete responsibility for videos, photos, and intellectual property (“media”) included with their Entry Submission. Upon submission, the media becomes the property of WildPlay Element Parks. WildPlay Element Parks can use in-part or in-whole the media in association with public contest promotion without notice to the author. Submissions should be the eligible Applicant’s media and not infringe on any third party’s copyright, trade-mark or other intellectual property rights.

Submission Content Guidelines. Each Entry Submission must:

• not infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights, or defame or invade the publicity or privacy rights of any third party living or deceased;
• demonstrate or explain the activity, situation, or proof that an intervention is needed, and why and how an intervention would help the Nominee;
• be primarily in English;
• not use the trade-marks, logos or packaging of any third parties;
• not display, encourage or incite any dangerous, hazardous or unlawful behaviour;
• be suitable for publication to mass audiences, and be consistent with the WildPlay Element Parks expectation for etiquette, as determined in their sole discretion. Any entries depicting or considered obscene, or containing any explicitly sexual or indecent, or encourage threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, libelous, hateful or discriminatory behavior will be disqualified and given to the appropriate authorities;
• meet the guidelines to be eligible to for judging; and
• not be a parody or infringe upon copyright material or be derogatory to WildPlay Element Parks or any individual.

By completing an Entry Submission, eligible Applicant agrees that the submission (and each individual component thereof) complies with all of the conditions stated in these rules.

2. Intervention Adventure. An Entry Submission requires nomination of a Nominee for the Intervention Adventure and Prize. By completing an Entry Submission, the Applicant provides reasonable guarantee for both the Applicant and Nominee to complete the Adventure Intervention experience.

Following a Judging period, Applicants of Entry Submissions that are qualified to be Potential Winner Nominees by the WildPlay Element Parks Judging Panel will be contacted to arrange the completion of an Element at a WildPlay Park in Victoria, Nanaimo, Maple Ridge, or Whistler (the “Adventure Intervention”). Selection of Element and Park location will be the sole discretion of WildPlay Element Parks, in consideration of information provided in the Entry Submission and WildPlay Element Parks’ promotional strategy.

The Applicant and Potential Winner Nominee will be required to complete the Adventure Intervention as requested by WildPlay Element Parks, including date, time, and location. Regular Element access requirements and waivers apply. The potential winner agrees to have their Intervention Activity filmed, and will sign a Model Release Form provided by WildPlay Element Parks releasing all material and rights to WildPlay Element Parks for public and promotional use.

Should either the Applicant or Nominee be unable or unwilling to complete all requirements of the Adventure Intervention experience as set forth by WildPlay Element Parks, the Entry Submission will be disqualified.

JUDGING
Contest Judging will be completed by the WildPlay Element Parks Judging Panel on a periodic basis throughout the Contest Period, as determined by the WildPlay Element Parks Contest Administrator.

Potential Winner Nominees will be selected from all Contest Entries received by each date of Judging. The Contest Administrator will review each submission, verify that the entry is from an Eligible Applicant and adheres to the terms and conditions in the contest rules and regulations. Any submissions that the Contest Administrator deems, in its sole discretion, to violate the terms and conditions set forth in these rules will be disqualified. The Contest Administrator reserves the right to disqualify any entries that are discriminatory, offensive or display unlawful behaviour without notice to Applicant.

Within five (5) business days of Judging, the Eligible Applicant of a Potential Winner Nominee will be notified via e-mail or phone by the Contest Administrator to advise of their selection and arrangements to complete an Adventure Intervention within two weeks of selection.

Potential Winner Nominees who complete an Adventure Intervention, as set forth by WildPlay Element Parks, will be considered to be qualified Winning Nominees for the Contest Prize.

Winning Nominees will be announced periodically during the Contest Period.

Judging is subjective, and the decisions of the WildPlay Element Parks Judging Panel and Contest Administrator are final, binding and without appeal.

CONTEST PRIZE
There is one (1) prize valued at approximately $000.00 CDN each (per qualified Winning Nominee) available to be won, consisting of:

• Grand Prize: o One (1) Unlimited Play voucher, valid for the Park their Adventure Intervention took place at, for one year. Element and Park access requirements, restrictions, and Park schedules apply.
• One (1) copy of their Adventure Intervention video on DVD.
• Adventure Intervention video featured on WildPlay Element Parks YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and web sites, as well as other promotional and publicity media.

The Contest Prize will be awarded only to the Winning Nominee, within 10 working days of successful completion of the Adventure Intervention and confirmed receipt of the Prize Declaration and Release.

ODDS OF WINNING:
Chance of being selected or of being declared a Winning Nominee is based upon the number of eligible entries received at the time of judging, and the decisions of the official WildPlay Element Parks Judging Panel.

ADDITIONAL TERMS:

• Applicant agrees to abide by these Contest rules and regulations.
• Applicant certifies he or she has obtained permission from the Nominee and/or all persons appearing in media submitted with the Entry Submission.
• Prior to receiving the Prize, the Potential Winning Nominee will be required to sign a declaration and release confirming:
  • He/she has complied with these Contest rules and regulations;
  • He/she accepts the Prize as awarded;
  • He/she consents to the use of his/her name, address, Contest Entry, and/or photograph without compensation, in any publicity carried out by WildPlay Element Parks and/or any associated subsidiaries or advertising agencies; and
  • He/she releases WildPlay Element Parks from any and all liability in connection with the awarding and use of the Prize.
• WildPlay Element Parks reserves the right to modify, withdraw, suspend or terminate this contest at any time without prior notice.

NON-TRANSFERABLE:
The Prize must be accepted as awarded to the Winning Nominee, who may choose to make a one-time transfer of the prize in whole to one (1) other individual; no other substitutions or alterations will be made. Prizes are not refundable. There will be no adjustments made to the redemption period. No substitution or cash equivalent of a prize is permitted; however, WildPlay Element Parks reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value.

APPLICABLE LAWS:
The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations.

IDENTITY OF THE WINNER:
Applicants may obtain the name of the winner by writing to WildPlay Element Parks, by sending a self-addressed, sufficiently stamped envelope, within 30 days of the applicable draw to: Unleash It Intervention Contest, WildPlay Element Parks, Unit C-485 Garbally Road, Victoria, B.C. V8T 2J9.

PERSONAL INFORMATION:
Applicant and Nominee personal information will be used solely for the purposes of contacting and identifying Potential Contest Winners (both for publicity purposes and for administering the Prize award process). Such personal information will be destroyed approximately 30 days from the date of the draw.

DISCLAIMER:
WildPlay Element Parks cannot be held responsible for entries that are lost, damaged, or delayed during transportation. WildPlay Element Parks is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software or any e-mail, online or internet entry lost due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website or any combination thereof. The right is reserved to cancel or amend any portion of this contest should any cause beyond the reasonable control of WildPlay Element Parks or their agents affect the proper administration thereof.
